Production Supervisor

• Production planning and scheduling: Create production schedules, allocate resources, and manage manpower to meet production targets.
• Staff supervision: Direct and coordinate the activities of production workers, provide training and coaching, and monitor performance.
• Quality assurance: Ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements through regular inspections and by implementing corrective actions when needed.
• Safety and compliance: Uphold health and safety regulations, company policies, and environmental standards throughout the production process.
• Equipment and maintenance: Monitor equipment performance, schedule regular maintenance, and ensure the safe use of machinery.
• Record keeping and reporting: Maintain accurate records of production output, inventory, and labor hours, and prepare reports for management.
• Process improvement: Identify and address inefficiencies, suggest improvements, and collaborate with other departments like engineering and quality assurance.
• Inventory management: Coordinate with purchasing and stores for raw materials and finished goods, and manage inventory levels.
