Job Summary
: The Production Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling manufacturing processes to ensure products are produced efficiently, on time, within budget, and to standard. This role involves overseeing the production team, managing resources, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
: Plan and organize production schedules based on customer demands and deadlines.
Assess project and resource requirements, and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed. Ensure products are produced on time and meet quality standards.
Supervise and motivate production staff, providing training and performance feedback. Implement and maintain health and safety standards on the production floor.
Liaise with different departments (e.g., procurement, quality control, maintenance)
to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain production documentation, reports, and records accurately. Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
Resolve any issues or delays that arise in the production process.

Qualifications and Skills
: Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of production management, quality standards, and health & safety regulations.
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and production management software (e.g., ERP).
Work is typically performed in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
