Production Supervisor

You are an experienced and driven professional with a minimum of 5 years of expertise in PU footwear production. As the ideal candidate, your role will involve overseeing the production process to ensure timely output and delivery that aligns with business demands. Your strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills will be crucial in maintaining high efficiency and product quality. Your key responsibilities will include leading and managing PU production operations to meet daily and monthly targets, planning production schedules, managing raw material inventory, and optimizing workflow. You will need to ensure maximum machine utilization with minimal downtime, supervise and guide the production team for effective manpower deployment, maintain QA/QC standards throughout the production cycle, and coordinate with internal departments such as Design, Purchase, and Dispatch. Additionally, you will be expected to generate detailed production reports and analytics using MS Excel. The required skills for this role include proficiency in Production Planning & Inventory Management, Manpower Management, Machine Utilization, Quality Assurance / Quality Control, Cross-functional Coordination, Strong Communication Skills, and Advanced MS Excel Proficiency. This full-time position is based in Calicut and follows a day shift schedule.,
