Production Supervisor – Interior Manufacturing

Disha Interiors is looking for a skilled Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations at our production unit. The ideal candidate must have experience handling modular furniture, carpentry teams, production timelines, and quality checks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities for modular interiors
• Coordinate with carpenters, fabricators, and factory staff
• Ensure timely completion of manufacturing tasks
• Manage material flow, quality standards, and inventory
• Maintain production schedules and update management daily
• Conduct quality inspections of finished products
• Resolve on-floor issues and support smooth operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience as Production Supervisor (interior or modular industry preferred)
• Strong understanding of materials, shutters, laminates, hardware, and modular systems
• Good team-handling and coordination skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Basic computer skills (Google Sheets/Excel)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
