Job Purpose Manages and leads the production team to carry out its functions ensuring quality, efficiency, compliance, business objectives, HSE rules. Manages the flow (input and output) of their own production unit. Adapts the size of their team in accordance with the level of activities. Coordinates the intervention of support services (maintenance, QC production, methods, etc.) within the Unit. Conducts analysis on their activity and proposes solutions. Ensures the proper comprehension and application of new processes and procedures. Establishes and executes the training plan of the unit and ensures yearly people reviews. Ensures that machines are in good operation in the production unit. Manages the budget consumables and tools of the Unit. You are meant for this job if: Technical bachelors degree. +/- 3 years of experience Ability to work in a dynamic and complex environment. Leadership. Skills
