Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Operation Monitoring

Supervise complete batch operations including feeding, heating, reactor monitoring, condensation, and product collection.
Ensure plant parameters such as temperature, pressure, and heating cycles are within standards.
Monitor fuel usage, oil yield, and batch efficiency.

2. Team Supervision & Coordination

Lead and supervise operators, helpers, and shift staff.
Plan manpower allocation across shifts.
Ensure operators follow SOPs and safety guidelines.

3. Process Compliance & Quality Assurance

Ensure adherence to production schedules and process parameters.
Conduct quality checks on pyrolysis oil, carbon, and gas output.
Report deviations and implement corrective actions.

4. Safety & Housekeeping

Enforce plant safety protocols, PPE usage, and emergency preparedness.
Conduct routine equipment checks and highlight abnormalities.
Maintain plant cleanliness and safe working conditions.

5. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain daily production logs, batch sheets, and shift reports.
Record downtime, deviations, fuel usage, and output performance.
Share daily reports with Production Engineer/Plant Manager.
