Role Description

The Production Supervisor will oversee daily shop-floor activities, monitor machine operations, coordinate with operators, ensure timely production, and maintain product quality. You will be responsible for shift planning, safety, and helping improve production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day production and workforce allocation
• Ensure machines (mixing mills, moulding presses, extruders) are running efficiently
• Maintain quality standards and coordinate with QC
• Monitor production output and maintain daily production reports
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives
• Maintain safety and housekeeping on the shop floor

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma/BE/B.Tech (Mechanical/Industrial/Production) preferred, but open to all backgrounds
• Freshers and Experienced candidates both can apply
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to handle shift operations

Job Type: Full-time
