Production Supervisor

As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for managing the production staff by hiring, training, motivating, and providing feedback. You will also develop and manage production schedules to meet demand and achieve targets. Your role will include implementing and maintaining quality systems, conducting inspections, and resolving quality issues to ensure high standards. Ensuring safety regulations, a healthy work environment, and promoting best practices will be part of your responsibilities. Identifying bottlenecks and implementing process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs will be crucial.
