Quality Control: o Supervise grading, drying, and packing processes to meet quality standards (low dust, correct size chips, moisture content). o Implement corrective actions for quality deviations. Team Supervision: o Lead and train production workers, ensuring productivity and discipline. o Maintain attendance, work records, and shift rosters. Machine and Equipment Management: o Ensure operational efficiency of chipping machines, sievers, conveyors, and dryers. o Coordinate with maintenance team for timely servicing or breakdown repairs. Inventory & Material Handling: o Coordinate with the stores team for timely supply of raw husk, packing materials, and pallets. o Maintain records of raw material input vs. finished goods output. Documentation & Reporting: o Maintain daily production logs, quality check reports, and downtime analysis. o Report production status, issues, and improvements to the plant head. Compliance & Safety: o Enforce safety rules, PPE usage, and cleanliness in the production area. o Ensure compliance with factory norms, waste disposal, and environmental regulations. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Rotational shift Work Location: In person
