1. Maintain Accurate records of all finished goods stocks from packing section.
2. Supervise stocking in storage of bags according to grade, batch and packing date.
3. Monitor and control packing material wastage and maintaining of packing materials stocks.
4. Follow FIFO (First in First out) or FEFO (First Expiry First out) system.
5. Daily and Monthly stock verification in Finished product Go down.
6. Co-ordinate with sales and dispatch team for timely loading and dispatch of goods.
7. Maintain and documentation of hourly, daily, monthly production sheet.
8. Follow Food safety and hygiene protocols as per FSSAI / ISO /HACCP standards.
9. Man power management of packers, loading and unloading workers.
