Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Specialist located in Balangir. The Production Specialist will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring quality control, managing production planning, training staff, and maintaining effective communication within the team and with other departments.

• Quality Control expertise
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Training staff
• Ability to work effectively on-site and as part of a team
• Relevant experience in the food processing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Technology, or related field
