Production & Process Supervisor

As a Production & Process Supervisor at P.R. Engineering Works in the Greater Kolkata Area, you will be responsible for managing fabrication, metal cutting, and metal fabrication plant operations with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. Your role will involve: - Delivering production as per Job Execution Plan (JEP) by setting short-term & long-term production goals, ensuring safety, quality, and fabrication specifications adherence within dedicated timelines. - Efficiently allocating manpower to various workstations during the shift to maximize productivity. - Minimizing workforce shrinkage to enhance productivity and efficiency. - Verifying logbooks, managing waste, and conducting technician training on manufacturing safety & hazards. - Performing breakdown maintenance for all equipment promptly during the shift. - Maintaining production records, tracking capacity, and communicating roadblocks for resolution by the Leadership team. Qualifications Required: - Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering - 2-3 years of experience in managing fabrication floor and technicians - Good Communication, multi-tasking, and Organisation Skills - Willingness to learn and implement organizational requirements Please note that the selected candidate will be required to work in-person at the factory located in Howrah, West Bengal, six days a week (Mon to Sat) between 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
