Your key responsibilities will include: - Material Pull & Planning: Ensuring timely availability of materials to prevent delays. - Production Scheduling: Prioritizing workflows for efficiency and meeting deadlines. - Bottleneck Removal: Identifying and eliminating delays in production processes. - Lead Time Reduction: Improving processes to shorten manufacturing cycles. - Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Managing the supply chain for timely material availability. - Execution & People Management: Handling workforce challenges, driving performance, and meeting deadlines. - Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitoring KPIs, analyzing production data, and implementing continuous improvements.
