Job Description

Role & responsibilities Production planning and controlling as per customer order marketing requirements. Prepared order-wise allocation .and take update. Coordinate the warehouse to receive. Order, replace batch material. Focus on customer requirements and planning of production according to the requirement. Preparing and implementing action plans effectively to maximize overall efficiency of production. Checking the capacity, and availability of resources and making plan for product order-vision. Plan, scheduled, and monitored material movement in the production cycle to ensure continuous operations. Working Knowledge of MS Word, and Excel efficiently. Track material shortages and provide immediate resolution. Assist purchasing a unit in coordinating and planning supplier deliveries. Ensuring the dispatch process works on time. Could make planning, actions, and control. Routing, Scheduling, Dispatching, and Follow up with the team. Monitor inventory status and generate inventory reports. Identify delivery exceptions and provide alternative solutions. Achieving target as per plan by coordinating with PPC, Production, Purchase, Stores, etc. Ensuring maintenance of records for customer complaints, and highlighting recurring complaints.
