Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Panel Operator to oversee and manage hydrogenation and nitration processes in a continuous or batch manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for real-time monitoring, process control, and ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor hydrogenation and nitration processes using DCS (Distributed Control Systems). Ensure smooth execution of daily production activities as per the production plan. Maintain continuous surveillance of the process plant and respond to deviations or emergencies. Record, compile, and report operational data accurately using ERP systems (preferably Oracle). Troubleshoot process issues and handle emergencies, including those involving Chloro/Fluoro batch processes. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. Technical Skills Required: In-depth knowledge of hydrogenation and nitration processes. Proficiency in DCS operations and process monitoring. Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred). Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to manage chemical process emergencies . Familiarity with continuous and batch manufacturing environments.
