Assist Production & Operations Manager in daily plant operations.
Oversee production activities to ensure timely execution and delivery.Manage manpower allocation, shift planning & resource utilization.Maintain production schedules, quality standards & safety compliance.Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Dispatch & Supply Chain teams.Prepare production reports, daily logs & operational documentation.Guide welders, fitters & fabrication teams technically.Support continuous improvement and troubleshoot operational issues.Assist inventory planning & ensure required material availability.
Strong knowledge of welding processes: TIG / MIG / ARC / CO / Argon
Understanding of fabrication & heavy engineering workflow.Ability to read technical drawings, welding symbols & layout diagrams.Good leadership, communication & team-handling skills.Knowledge of Safety Standards & 5S Practices.
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
Minimum 3+ years experience in Production / Operations Fabrication / Engineering Industry.Experience from listed preferred companies will be an advantage.
Ready to relocate / work at Shirwal, Maharashtra
Strong problem-solving & analytical approach.Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
