Job Description

Role & responsibilities Install, configure, and upgrade SAP systems and components ( S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, CPI, Solution Manager, etc.) Perform SAP system copies, client copies, and system refreshes Apply support packages, kernel upgrades, and enhancement packs Perform daily system monitoring and performance tuning Manage SAP transports using TMS Maintain SAP user roles and authorizations in coordination with security teams Interface with database, OS, and application teams to ensure seamless integration Implement and monitor system backups and disaster recovery procedures Participate in SAP migrations, system conversions (e.g., to S/4HANA), and cloud initiatives Provide support during system outages and ensure quick recovery Document technical procedures and system architecture Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 3–4 years of experience in SAP BASIS administration Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP NetWeaver, CPI and related tools Strong knowledge of HANA and/or Oracle databases Familiarity with operating systems such as Linux and Windows Experience with SAP in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager and monitoring tools Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
