Production Operator Chemical

We have opening for Production operators who have experience in production of chemical industry. AOCP qualification preferred.

2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in a chemical or process manufacturing environment. The candidate will be responsible for operating plant equipment, carrying out batch processes, and ensuring safe and efficient production.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate reactors, centrifuges, filters, dryers, and other chemical processing equipment.

• Follow batch manufacturing records (BMR) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Handle raw materials, charge chemicals as per instructions, and monitor process parameters.

• Record process data, maintain logbooks, and report deviations immediately.

• Assist in cleaning, maintenance, and equipment changeovers.

• Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of chemicals.

• Support shift-in-charge and supervisors in daily production tasks.

• Maintain housekeeping and follow 5S standards in the work area.

• Work collaboratively with QA/QC, maintenance, and warehouse teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
