In this role as an Analyst at Management Level 11 in locations like Bangalore, Gurgaon, Mumbai, or Pune, your primary must-have skill is SAP. Additionally, it would be beneficial to have skills in SAP PPQM, SAP PPDS, SAP EWM, SAP TMS, Enterprise Architecture, MES Apriso and Siemens, oil & Gas, Digital Manufacturing. **Role Overview:** As part of the high-impact Production & Operations team within Industry X, you will be tasked with accelerating digital transformation journeys for global manufacturers. Your responsibilities will include deploying digital manufacturing visions, leveraging AI-led solutions, and optimizing performance across marketplaces. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and work closely with business and client stakeholders to understand pain points, design SAP solutions, and facilitate deployment - Support and train users on business processes related to SAP modules and implementation - Develop new SAP S4 Hana business, drive sales, and respond to SAP Requests for Proposals - Reimagine, build, and transform client business and operations by developing cutting-edge assets and methodologies - Manage and mentor teams of consultants and technologists, providing input into talent strategy and engaging in capability development activities - Possess a minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in SAP PP/QM/EWM and S4 HANA/ECC, with domain experience in Lifesciences, Consumer Goods & Services, Automotive, Industrial Equipment, Med-Tech, Aerospace & Defence, or Hi-Tech manufacturing - Experience in scoping, designing, configuring, and implementing SAP modules, with knowledge of integration with third-party tools - Conduct workshops, provide user training, and deliver technology guidance - Certifications such as SAP ECC/S4 Hana certificates, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, APICS CSCP, IOT Platform, Advanced analytics, Agile certification will be advantageous - Knowledge of IOT Platforms like Microsoft Azure, AWS, SAP Leonardo, PTC is a plus **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in SAP PP/QM/EWM - Well-versed in S4 HANA/ECC with good analytical skills - Domain experience in at least one of the following: Lifesciences, Consumer Goods & Services, Automotive, Industrial Equipment, Med-Tech, Aerospace & Defence, Hi-Tech manufacturing - Experience in at least two full cycle implementations in ECC or S4HANA - Cross-module integration knowledge - Experience in writing functional specifications, testing new functionalities, and providing user training - Certifications in SAP ECC/S4 Hana modules, Lean Six Sigma, APICS CSCP, IOT Platform, Advanced analytics, Agile certification would be beneficial **Additional Details:** You should have demonstrated sustained client relations management at a C-suite level or operated at a senior management level in the industry role. Experience in managing large teams, multi-stakeholder environments, and complex digital projects with global exposure is preferred.
