You are looking for a CNC Operator Milling with 2 to 6 years of experience in 3, 4, 5-Axis operations. You should have practical experience in operating and setting CNC machines specifically for precision aerospace components. It is essential that you are adaptable to working with different machine controls, particularly FANUC for 3, 4 Axis and SIEMENS for 5 Axis. Candidates with direct experience on DMG MORI 5-Axis machines will be given preference. Your responsibilities will include setting up complex jobs, adjusting offsets, configuring tools, and comprehending programs in the most efficient manner. You must be capable of independently operating and managing the machine. Basic inspection of critical dimensions on the machine and familiarity with measurement instruments are mandatory. A solid understanding of GD&T and tolerances is required. Maintaining a clean and safe production area through 5S practices and safety-related activities is crucial. You will also be responsible for completing checklists and production log books. Experience with aerospace documentation will be beneficial. Be prepared to work overtime as needed based on production demands. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as commuter assistance, provided meals, health insurance, leave encashment, and provident fund.
