Production Officer | Shift In-charge API Production

Role & responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Utilization of manpower for entire factory.
• Daily production target achieved (i.e. RMS availability, Batch charging, online BMR)
• Co-ordination All department. (Store, Maintenance, Solvent recovery, ETP,

Safety, EHS, QA. QC. And admin.)

• Implementation minor, major Changes in factory promises instructed by our seniors.
• Maintain environment and safety on a daily basis.
• Maintain yield and quality of product.
• Avoid any accident, incident in factory promises.
• Avoid all type of Pollution and Maintain factory promises or surrounding area.
• Daily production data maintaining.
• Housekeeping factory premises /Sanitization of total production area.
• Minimum generation of effluent and waste and handle appropriately.
• Reduce the process loss and handling loss.
• Packing & ensure timely dispatch of Intermediate / Finished goods.
• Check and ensure that all activities going to the plant should comply as per cGMP.
• To maintain all the equipments qualifications as per the requirement.
• Co-ordination of EHS department for HAZOP study.
• Production of API & intermediates as per the given production plan.
• Maintaining a safe working environment at workplace.

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Saving Water, Electricity, Fuel, and Manpower.
• Look for unsafe conditions and take corrective action.
• Reporting of any minor / major Accident /incident / near miss.
• Monthly MEE, Boiler, ETP. Plant data maintain.
• To achieve the monthly production target.
• To reduce the production cost.
• Ensure SAP activities are done.

Preferred candidate profile

:Minimum 5-6 Years Experience in Reputed API Pharmaceutical Company

:Shift In-charge , Shift Planning Experience mandatory

:API Pharma past experience , Manpower Planning Manpower handling experience mandatory

:Age between 30-35

:Knowledge of Computer systems , GMP ,GDP

:Immediate joiners preferred
