Production Officer

As a Production Officer Support, you will be an essential part of the production team, responsible for assisting in the daily manufacturing operations. Your primary role is to support the production department in achieving its targets by ensuring adherence to quality standards, production schedules, and safety protocols. Key Responsibilities:

• Production Support:

  Assist in overseeing the day-to-day production activities on the shop floor to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently.

• Quality Control:

  Support the quality assurance process by conducting in-process checks and ensuring that products meet the required specifications.

• Process Monitoring:

  Monitor production processes and equipment, reporting any deviations or malfunctions to senior staff to minimize downtime.

• Inventory & Materials:

  Assist in managing the inventory of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring timely availability for production.

• Documentation:

  Help maintain accurate production records, including batch manufacturing records, logbooks, and daily production reports.

• Safety Compliance:

  Promote a safe working environment by adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures, and participating in safety drills and meetings.

• Coordination:

  Liaise with other departments, such as quality control, stores, and maintenance, to ensure seamless production flow.

• Troubleshooting:

  Provide support in identifying and resolving minor production issues under the guidance of senior officers.
