To perform Production activities in shifts in Plant.
To operate process sequences through computer system / HMI in shifts.
To communicate with supporting departments like QA, QC, warehouse, Engineering, safety etc.
Perform activities and co-ordinate with DCS operators.
To perform activities as per SOP’s.
To fill BPCR and Usage log book online.
To carry out all the production activities as per cGMP norms.
To prepare SOP, MPCR / BPCR, Protocol and perform OQ and PQ activities of equipment as per requirement.
Reporting near miss / incidents / deviations to senior authority.
Restrict colleagues from deviating safety / cGMP norms.
Provide job training to contract workmen for shift operation activities.
