Role & responsibilities

2. During batch process BMR should be online and completed.

3. Send Raw material requisition slip to store department. Issuing of RM, Verification of RM required for batch. Charging of batch, controlling of all parameter.

4. Handling of total process carried in plant in safely and without any spillage of material and without any contamination. Also ensuring all batches are carried out as per sop and obtaining in writing if any change.

5. To get and rectified general maintenance work by resp. department by sending the call report to maintenance department.

6. To have complete exchange information of plant status with reliever on shop floor while taking the charge like 1) reactor wise position/ batch status .2) Raw material position. 3) Packing material position, cleanliness all-around of plant and equipment. 4) Finish good status 5) status of utility 6) Maintenance status of equipment.

7. Handling of manpower distribution of manpower as per requirement and hold back earlier shift person if required to cover absenteeism

8. Follow up with QC to get in process and finish good batches results. In process checks like 1) Check viscosity of polymer 2) Check sp. Gravity of material, 3) Check pH of the material.

9. Maintain housekeeping of plant and its records. Like floor wise cleaning, Equip. cleaning, roof cleaning, , tank and their pipelines cleaning.

10. Handing of raw material is safely and uses all safety PPEs.

11. Repacking of material, used clean drums/ carboys or IBC tank during unloading.

12. For mixing batch, Ensure only approved batches are taken for mixing and filling of barrels or carboys or IBC tank is weighted accurately.

13. Maintain proper relation with management and workman.

14. Keeping full administrative control on the work force.

Arrange all approved batches drums in proper secretion with Proper Tagging.
