You will be responsible for working on the designs and sampling of new styles, as well as managing the production process. Your role will also involve organizing raw materials in a timely manner and ensuring 100% quality control. It is essential to have knowledge of different fabrics and be proficient in analyzing fabric specifications, color, quality, defects, etc. Additionally, you will be required to ensure timely dispatches of fabric samples to the Sales Team and Agents, as well as handle sourcing estimation of fabric cost negotiations.
