Production Material Control Manager

As an experienced Operations Management professional, your role involves developing and streamlining an efficient and standardized operations management system. This includes integrating the supply chain, quality, and production departments in alignment with the company's operational and strategic development plans. Your key responsibilities will include: - Planning, allocating, and mobilizing resources effectively to ensure monthly production targets and business objectives are achieved with high quality and low cost. - Assisting the Business Unit Head in managing key account delivery teams, leading the team to develop and execute production plans based on sales orders for on-time delivery. - Collaborating with the Head of Supply Chain to enhance internal controls, promote cost-awareness, streamline operations, and eliminate departmental silos for agile manufacturing response. - Continuously improving the processes, data management, and systemization of the Production, Material, and Control (PMC) functions. To qualify for this role, you must have: - A Bachelor's degree or above from a recognized university; PMC experience in large-scale manufacturing companies is required. - Over 10 years of experience in PMC management within the manufacturing industry, with in-depth knowledge of overall factory operations. - A comprehensive understanding of supply chain functions including procurement, logistics, production planning, and warehouse management. - Proficiency in order review processes and capability of implementing them effectively to meet customer requirements. - Skills in managing workflows and data flows from order receipt to shipment, with proven methodologies for driving production and material planning execution. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems.
