Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Production Manager for our lollipop, toffee, and candy manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing daily production, maintaining quality standards, and handling a team of machine operators and helpers.

Key Responsibilities : Plan, coordinate, and control daily candy production processes Ensure timely production with minimal wastage

Maintain quality control as per FSSAI standards

Handle manpower scheduling and performance

Maintain machine hygiene and preventive maintenance schedules

Coordinate with the purchase and packaging team

Ensure production reports and stock entries are updated daily

Requirements :Minimum 3 years of experience in confectionery (lollipop/toffee/candy) production

Strong leadership and team management skills

Familiar with production machinery (batch cooker, forming, cooling lines)Knowledge of hygiene & food safety standards

Diploma/Degree in Food Technology preferred (not mandatory)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 (Depending on experience)

Job Timing: 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)
