Production Manager

As an experienced Mechanical Engineer in the field of Machine shop or Industrial Machinery Manufacturing and PPC, you will be responsible for the following: - In-depth knowledge of CNC/VMC machines, tooling, fixture design, and cycle time optimization is required to ensure efficient operations. - You should have a strong understanding of PPC, BOMs, routing, and job scheduling to streamline the production process. - Exposure to automobile or heavy engineering industries is mandatory to adapt to the specific requirements of the industry. - Your role will involve leading a team of operators and supervisors, maintaining discipline on the shop floor, and ensuring smooth operations. - Preferred working knowledge of ERP or SAP to facilitate seamless workflow and data management within the organization.
