Description
As the Production Manager R&D, you will be responsible for the technical management, supervision, and control of the industrial production process, particularly in the area of battery packs. You will play a crucial role in overseeing the entire production process from planning and scheduling to quality control and team supervision. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the entire production process, from planning to completion, ensuring all goals are met. This includes creating and managing production schedules, workflow, and resource allocation. - Utilize expertise in battery pack assembling, production management, and installation. - Apply knowledge of materials, manufacturing methods, and thermal and structural analysis, including FEA, CFD, stress analysis, etc. - Manage vendor relationships and work with the procurement department to ensure all required materials are available. - Determine and enforce quality control standards and ensure all health and safety regulations are met. - Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs. - Supervise, train, and motivate the production team to ensure high performance and efficiency. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a relevant field. Required Skills & Expertise: - Expertise in 3D modeling, drafting using software like SolidWorks/AutoCAD. - Hands-on knowledge of prototyping, testing, and validation methods. - Familiarity with the concept-to-prototype cycle, DFM, DFA, and reliability engineering. - Awareness of industry-specific standards such as ISO and IEC. - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. - Exposure to patent research and advanced manufacturing technologies. The salary range for this position is between 45,000 to 50,000 per month, commensurate with experience.,
