Production Manager

Role Overview: As a Production/Plant Operations professional, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the production process and ensure the smooth running of plant operations. You should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Production/Plant Operations, preferably in the food processing or rice milling industry. Holding a B.E./B.Tech degree in Mech/Electrical/Production/Food Tech (preferred) or any UG degree with proven experience in Production management is required. Your knowledge of manufacturing, plant operations, and preventive maintenance will be crucial in this role. Effective planning of shifts to ensure target achievement will also fall under your responsibilities. Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and production tracking will be considered an added advantage.
