Job Overview: A production manager at a rice mill manages the Planning, process, Execution and maintaining of production logbook. They are responsible for the efficient use of resources, meeting production targets, and ensuring quality standards are met. Roles and Responsibilities : Planning : Develop and implement production plans and schedules. Tracking : Track production costs, labor, and raw materials. Adjusting : Adjust production processes to improve efficiency. Cost effective: Make production cost efficient. Maintenance: Organize the repair of any damaged equipment. Coordinating : Coordinate activities between production and with the management.
