This role will be responsible for driving the sales strategy and overseeing all sales activities within the Tamil Nadu region and office located at Raichur, Karnataka. Roles & Responsibilities: Proven track record in driving revenue growth, building high-performance sales teams, and developing go-to-market strategies. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Need to provide guidance, training and mentorship, setting sales goals, creating sales plans, analyzing data, assigning sales team. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's vendor base and ensure its strong presence. Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives. Build and promote strong, long-lasting vendor/customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
