Description
As an experienced professional with a minimum of 10 years in the field, you will be responsible for various key activities in the chemical manufacturing sector. Your qualifications should include a B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry or a similar field, with a Ph.D. being a plus for this role. The location for this position is in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. Key Responsibilities: - Understand and oversee relevant chemical processes used in manufacturing, including purification, separation, emulsification, and dispersion processing. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and implement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in the manufacturing sector. - Exhibit leadership principles by guiding and directing employees, evaluating strengths and weaknesses, and facilitating self-improvement. - Familiarize yourself with the characteristics and operational conditions of manufacturing plant equipment such as chemical reactors, tanks, pumps, filters, mixers, and boilers. - Implement risk management strategies by identifying, assessing, and prioritizing various types of risks and developing effective risk mitigation methods. Competencies: - Effectively communicate production plans to all levels, ensuring clarity on targets, processes, and requirements. - Monitor environmental impacts and conduct assessments to mitigate risks while considering costs. - Manage staff by maximizing their performance, scheduling work, providing instructions, motivating workers, and identifying areas for improvement. - Regulate chemical reactions within specified limits for explosion prevention. - Plan and articulate market requirements for product features, pricing, distribution, and promotion. - Coordinate with managers from other departments to ensure effective service and communication. - Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and organizational guidelines. - Improve chemical processes by collecting data, developing new processes, and modifying existing ones. - Adapt production levels to improve rates and negotiate improvements with relevant departments. - Monitor and control the flow of supplies, manage supply chain activities, and synchronize supply with production and customer demand. - Analyze supply chain strategies to improve product and service quality and reduce costs. - Develop growth strategies and plans to increase revenues and positive cash flows. - Conduct cost estimates, budget planning, monitoring, forecasting, and reporting. - Lead and manage according to the organization's code of conduct. - Adjust production schedules to maintain permanent shift operations.
