Job Description

Role & responsibilities Lead end-to-end production coordination for our IoT product line Develop and maintain relationships with contract manufacturers and suppliers Create and optimise assembly processes and workflows Implement robust quality control systems and procedures Manage production scheduling and inventory levels Supervise in-house assembly team and operations Control production costs and maintain budgets Coordinate product dispatch and logistics Establish documentation systems for production processes Monitor and report on production KPIs Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards Preferred candidate profile Preferred but not required - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related discipline 3+ years' experience in production management, preferably in electronics Proven track record in vendor management and supply chain coordination Strong understanding of quality control processes and systems Experience with production planning and inventory management Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Solid communication and leadership abilities Experience with ERP systems (preferred) Perks and benefits Competitive salary package Performance-based bonuses Health insurance coverage 15 days annual leave Flexible working hours Professional development budget Opportunity to shape production processes in a growing startup Career growth potential in a rapidly expanding company
