Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee production operations to ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly manufacturing targets.
Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and strategies in alignment with business objectives.
Manage, coach, and mentor production supervisors, team leaders, and operators to improve performance and capability.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements, fostering a culture of accountability and discipline.
Collaborate with planning, quality, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless workflow and timely deliveries.
Monitor production costs, identify inefficiencies, and recommend cost optimization strategies.
Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and develop corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Ensure effective utilization and preventive maintenance of machinery to minimize downtime.
Prepare and present management reports on production KPIs, manpower performance, and operational efficiency.
Drive change management, workforce engagement, and succession planning within the production team.
