Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Production Manager with 10-20 years of experience to lead our agrochemical production team in Saykha, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and production management.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee the implementation of standard work instructions, procedures, and specifications.
Utilize Lean Manufacturing strategies to improve processes and reduce costs.
Organize and plan shop floor activities according to production plans and delivery schedules.
Ensure effective implementation and maintenance of QMS, EMS, ISO, OHSAS, and inventory management systems.
Optimize production by migrating employees and equipment to maximize utilization.
Lead and motivate staff for efficient performance.

Job Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in the agrochemical industry.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E).
Strong knowledge of production management, chemical production, and brown field projects.
Experience with planning, execution, and monitoring of production processes.
Familiarity with OHSAS and other quality management systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make data-driven decisions.
