Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise all aspects of chicken processing operations, including slaughtering, deboning, cutting, packaging, and cold storage. Ensure daily production targets and schedules are met while minimizing waste and downtime. Maintain compliance with all health, safety, hygiene, and food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP, ISO, USDA/FDA standards). Monitor and control inventory levels of raw chicken, packaging materials, and supplies. Lead, train, and evaluate production staff to ensure productivity and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs). Collaborate with quality assurance, maintenance, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure smooth workflow. Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction while maintaining product quality. Analyze production data and generate reports on efficiency, yield, labor usage, and machine performance. Maintain equipment in coordination with the maintenance team to reduce breakdowns and ensure continuous operation. Enforce strict biosecurity and sanitation standards throughout the facility. Support new product development trials and commercial-scale production runs as needed.
