Production Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Production Manager to lead our end-to-end corrugation manufacturing operations and eventually graduate into a Head of Operations/Factory Manager role. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing high-speed manufacturing environments, with a strong focus on operational excellence, cost optimization, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day plant operations across all departments including Planning, Production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain.
• Lead and manage the complete corrugation process from raw material sourcing to final product delivery.
• Drive efficiency improvements in production lines, especially high-speed corrugation machinery.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate closely with the Managing Director on strategic decisions and business expansion plans.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Implement lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams and build a performance-oriented culture.
• Coordinate with the sales teams to align planning and production schedules with customer demands.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Mechanical, Production, Industrial engineering or equivalent degree preferred; Education will not be a constraint for the right candidate with the right experience
• MBA is a plus, but not a must.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in corrugation/packaging manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in operating and managing high-speed corrugation plants.
• Proven ability to manage large teams and complex operations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
