Job Description

Job Title:

Location:

Production Engineer/Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end production of PEB components and heavy steel structures
Monitor daily fabrication activities: cutting, welding, drilling, painting, etc.
Plan production schedules based on project timelines
Coordinate with design, planning, QA/QC, and dispatch teams
Optimize manpower, material, and machine utilization
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and ISO standards
Monitor productivity KPIs and reduce rework or delays
Train and supervise shop-floor staff and operators
Maintain production records, shift reports, and equipment logs

Technical & Software Skills:

MS Office (Excel, Word)
Reporting & scheduling
AutoCAD
– Read fabrication drawings
Familiarity with
EOT cranes
,
CNC machines
, and
layout tools

Candidate Requirements:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering
5–15 years of experience in
PEB manufacturing
or
heavy fabrication industry
Good knowledge of welding standards, fabrication sequences, and quality control
Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work in factory/shop-floor environment
