Production Manager Animation (3D & VFX)

As a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of animated projects across 3D animation and VFX departments. Your strong background in animation pipelines, exceptional organizational skills, and ability to lead cross-functional teams will be crucial in delivering high-quality content on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: - Manage production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow across 3D and VFX teams - Collaborate with directors, producers, and department leads to define project scope and timelines - Track progress and ensure milestones are met across all phases of production - Identify and resolve bottlenecks, proactively mitigating risks to delivery - Maintain clear communication between creative, technical, and production teams - Supervise daily operations, including task assignments, reviews, and approvals - Ensure adherence to quality standards and studio guidelines - Manage vendor relationships and outsourcing when applicable - Prepare and present regular production reports to stakeholders Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Production Manager in 3D Animation and VFX - Solid grasp of 3D & VFX pipelines, including asset creation, simulation, rendering, and compositing - Strong leadership and team management capabilities - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills - Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities If you are interested in this role, you can upload your resume on the Green Gold Careers page: [Green Gold Careers page](https://lnkd.in/gf4Ybbga),
