Oversee complete manufacturing process & ensure compliance with SOPs & safety standards. Develop & execute daily, weekly & monthly production schedule based on sales plan. Monitor production output & adjust workflow to meet customer demands Required Candidate profile Exp in capacitor or Electrical/electronic/mechanical components manufacturing industry – mass manufacturing. Good understanding & capability of implementation of lean manufacturing / 5S / Kaizen
