Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager located in Sonipat. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring that production is efficient, timely, and meets quality standards. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, supervising staff, coordinating with other departments, inventory management, and maintaining equipment and safety regulations. The Production Manager will also be involved in cost management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Production management experience and knowledge of production processes
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage and supervise staff effectively
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Experience in the bicycle or similar manufacturing industry is a plus
• Proficiency in production management software and tools
