Production Management (Manager/ Asst. Manager/ Senior Staff)

Role & responsibilities

1. Production Planning & Scheduling:

• Develop and implement

  daily, weekly, and monthly production plans

  based on customer orders and sales forecasts.
• Coordinate with the

  sales, purchase, and inventory teams

  to ensure raw material availability and on-time production.
• Create

  detailed job orders

  and allocate tasks to production lines (SMT, assembly, testing, packing).
• Ensure alignment of production schedules with delivery commitments and customer requirements.
  
• Manage changes in production plans due to

  material delays, equipment downtime, or urgent orders

  .

2. Production Management:

• Oversee the complete

  manufacturing process

  for LED products including PCB assembly, housing, wiring, testing, and packaging.
• Monitor

  production output, quality standards, and manpower efficiency

  on a daily basis.
• Ensure optimal utilization of

  machines, materials, and labor

  to minimize waste and reduce costs.
• Supervise a team of

  line supervisors, operators, technicians, and support staff

  .
• Ensure adherence to

  ISO standards

  safety protocols

  in the production area.

3. Quality Assurance & Coordination:

• Coordinate closely with the

  quality control team

  to ensure products meet technical specifications and standards.
• Promote a

  zero-defect manufacturing culture

  and continual improvement initiatives.

4. Resource & Capacity Management:

• Monitor and manage

  machine capacity, shift planning

  , and manpower allocation.
• Ensure timely

  preventive maintenance

  of production equipment and coordinate with the maintenance team.
• Identify and take corrective action to improve.
  

5. Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain accurate

  production reports, attendance records, and daily output logs

• Generate periodic reports on

  plan vs. actual production

  , downtime analysis, and resource usage.
• Participate in

  monthly review meetings

  with management to update on performance and action plans.

Preferred candidate profile

• Automobile industry (preferred) or manufactured company.
• Over 3 years experience.
• Korean speaking is additional advantage.
