Production & Maintenance Manager – Stone Crusher Plant

✅ Production Management

• Monitor daily production targets and ensure alignment with expected output
• Plan and allocate manpower, machinery, and resources efficiently
• Track production data, identify gaps, and improve productivity

✅ Maintenance Oversight

• Implement preventive maintenance schedules for crushers, conveyors, and other equipment
• Reduce breakdown time by identifying and addressing potential issues early
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure quick repairs and minimal downtime

✅ Operations Control

• Supervise plant operations, ensuring safety and compliance with company policies
• Maintain proper stock levels of spares, lubricants, and consumables
• Prepare daily/weekly reports for management

✅ Team Leadership

• Supervise operators, mechanics, and support staff
• Conduct regular briefings and ensure discipline and safety standards are followed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sambalpur, Orissa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Can you stay full-time at our plant location (Jhankarpali, Rengali, Sambalpur, Odisha)?
• Are you comfortable maintaining production reports and coordinating with management on daily targets?

Experience:

• Construction management: 5 years (Required)
