Job Description

The role involves assisting in day-to-day operations on the production line, monitoring and reporting production processes and output quality, supporting the team in equipment maintenance and ensuring safety protocols are followed. You will collaborate with supervisors and engineers to identify and resolve process bottlenecks. Additionally, maintaining accurate records of production data and inventory, participating in team meetings, and contributing ideas for process improvement are key responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be pursuing a diploma/degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field with a strong interest in manufacturing and production processes. Good communication and teamwork skills are essential, along with basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word). The candidate should be willing to work in shifts if required and demonstrate eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.,
