Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Production & Lab Assistant located in Vadodara. The Production & Lab Assistant will manage quality control processes, handle laboratory equipment, perform laboratory tasks, and ensure accurate analytical assessments. Daily responsibilities include operating and maintaining lab equipment, conducting analyses, recording results, adhering to safety standards, and collaborating with the production team to optimize processes. Qualifications 2-3 Experience with Quality Control or production practices Proficiency in using Laboratory Equipment and Laboratory Skills Strong Analytical Skills Effective Communication skills Attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict safety and quality guidelines Previous experience in the fire safety or related industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry with 2-3 yeaes of experience or a related field preferred Show more Show less
