Job Title: Production Incharge – Plant
Location: Kaljarhani, Bathinda
Experience: 8–12 years in manufacturing
Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate / MBA (Operations preferred)

Job Role:

Responsible for achieving targets related to Productivity, Delivery, Quality, Cost, Safety, Morale & Environment. Efficiently manage Man, Machine, Material & Methods to ensure smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, monitor, and control daily production.
• Ensure timely delivery with optimal cost and quality.
• Implement lean manufacturing & 5S practices.
• Ensure safety compliance and team performance.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams.

Skills Required:

• Strong problem-solving & decision-making

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
