Role & Responsibilities Production You shall be 1 person to handle and work in store department, Coating, Lamination & Printing machine supervisor, maintenance engg., and provide guidance and support to IPQC person. Ensure all machines are working on correct time in shift and shift wise work planning Manage manpower rotation and shuffle as required To self learn and take training of all machine's HMI operation and utilisation. We need to train ourselves to utilise the machines ability in correct manner to fullest Incase of absenteeism and leaves of operator, support & monitor machine team to run the machine. Production Planning as per the receipt of the material Day to day plant functioning with correct quality / quantity on time dispatch in full (OTIF) Print to dispatch cycle in 48 hours Optimum utilisation of man & machine Pre Press and Cylinder management, (Correct cylinder all the time on Shopfloor with required material & job card) PPIC & Job planning management, PO > BOM Creation > Material Planning > Job Docket > Scheduling (as per Client's Schedule or Priorates) Stock Management: Daily Stock Statement & Jumbo to slit roll planning with minimum off cut wastage Plant level day to day coordination with cross functional teams like HR, Logistics, Business Team (sales) and others. Plant meeting with cross functional teams and be open to work in common interests as per discussion done and unanimous decisions taken. Implementation of safety protocols and ensure execution of hygiene and safety standards on the shop floor Production MIS / WASTAGE Reports Quality Client audits preparations and participation Internal Wastage/Rejections/Hold material analysis and reports Customer Complaint Visit & Solve Machine & Equipment Maintenance Periodic machine preventive maintenance Assuring machine health in perfect condition Fire fighting equipment's Monitoring and trainings Plant Responsibilities Maintain repair & maintaince of plant's infrastructure Overall smooth & harmonious working of plant Make the plant, smart plant. To use IOT (Internet of things) to link each machine / process to an online data log system. Team building & manpower recruitment Team building & manpower recruitment Shop - Floor Incentive payout verification and advisor. To train printing diploma / graduates freshers for shop floor future roles Learning & Self-Development We need a tech savvy person as Operation's Head, you need to learn in probation period, Computer Operations like SCADA / Work Flor ERP / Excel etc. Fork Lift & other MHE operations Authority to shopfloor level Meeting with workers every 7-15 Days Changing plan to machine according to urgency Work allocation to operator in machine with problem solution Recommendation for worker increment according to their skill
