Production Incharge

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Production Incharge to join our team in Sonipat and Ghaziabad. The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, with expertise in wet and dry emulsion adhesive batch process.

• Operate DCS systems to monitor and control all batch process parameters safely.
• Manage all batch processing of wet lamination adhesive, dry lamination, homopolymer adhesive, wood adhesive, water-based adhesive, solvent-based adhesive, paint adhesive, side pasting adhesive, furniture adhesive, presser-sensitive adhesive, Lebale adhesive, and paper adhesive.
• Take action when DCS indicates any alarms and ensure final product quality as per specifications.
• Possess knowledge of raw materials and safety norms to achieve zero accidents and breakdowns.
• Implement Kaizen principles in the plant and follow ISO standards.
• Handle manpower effectively.

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of emulsion adhesive production operations and processes.
• Ability to work independently to synthesize, improve, and customize polymers.
• Experience in operating DCS systems and monitoring batch process parameters.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Knowledge of Kaizen implementation and ISO standards.
• Experience in handling manpower and implementing 5S activities.
