Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Incharge located at our CED Coating Plant in Chennai. The Production Incharge will oversee daily production operations, manage production schedules, and ensure adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising the production team, maintaining equipment, monitoring workflows, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. Collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and adherence to safety protocols will also be a key part of this role. Qualifications Leadership and team management skills to oversee and guide a production team effectively Knowledge of production processes, workflow optimization, and quality assurance practices Technical expertise in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting Ability to plan and manage production schedules to meet project deadlines Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management abilities Prior experience working in a CED Coating Plant or similar manufacturing environment Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams Educational background in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred
